After the checkout is completed, we will not refund due to the discount code. However, we recommend that you can cancel the order within 24 hours. Since the item will not leave the warehouse within 24 hours, order cancellation is free. After canceling the order, you can buy again and use the discount code.

(5) How do I change my order?
Please email us regarding all changes to an order.

(6) Can I cancel my order?
We can only process cancellations for items that have not gone into production. Please email us at [email protected] with your order details, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund. Orders that has already been shipped can not be cancelled.

(7) What’s the status of my order?

Please enter a correct email to receive our email with tracking information. If you have not receive any tracking details within some certain time, please check your spam folder or promotion labs, if they are still not there, then please contact us at [email protected] immediately.

(8) Do I need to pay taxes and duties?
Our products do not charge any other taxes and fees within the US.

(9) How to return the goods?
You can return the product free of charge within 30 days after receiving your items, but you need to ensure that the product meets the return conditions when returning the product. We do not charge a return fee, but for returns that are not related to product quality, you need to pay a return shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee. We will provide you with a return address in the United States based on your shipping address. The shipping cost of returning the goods to us depends on the logistics provider you choose.

Those surface cleaners below 20 inch without dirty water recovery can apply this way.

(2) How much pressure is required for those surface cleaners in 20 inch or above with or without dirty water recovery?

We suggest using a gas or diesel powered pressure washer for better performance.

(3) Should a surface cleaner be used solely?

No, it must be connected with a pressure washer or something like that.

(4) What is the nozzle size?

It is 1/8 thread, 25 degrees and 020 orifice.

(5) Can the extended dirty water recovery be compatible with the surface cleaner?

Yes, it is compatible with surface cleaner with dirty water recovery.

(6) Can I change the nozzle by myself?

Yes, you can change that, but it may requires some special tools or glue for re-assembly.
